Daniel Foster is a Director in our Tax & Legal practice and a member of the Global Mobility Services (GMS) team. Daniel leads the GMS Central Team for one of KPMG’s key global engagements, providing compliance coordination and tax advisory services across 80 countries for the client’s 6,000 international assignees and cross-border hires and transfers. With over 20 years of experience in international tax, he applies his expertise to support clients in delivering high quality service, achieving compliance and reducing costs.
Daniel joined KPMG in London in 2004, where he managed some of the firm’s largest expatriate tax engagements for multinational banks, mining houses and oil companies. Before rejoining KPMG in 2017, Daniel was a director at the South African affiliate of a prestigious UK law firm, consulting on the design and implementation of cross-border employee share schemes and payrolls, as well as advising private clients, large corporates and private equity houses with respect to international structures, transactions, exchange controls and trusts.
