Michele Daryanani

Michele Daryanani is a Director in the Cyber Security practice.

Michele is a security executive with a blend of skills drawn from technical security architecture, team management and commercial reality. A thought leader in his field, his experience ranges from presenting security issues to Board-level executives, designing and executing strategic cyber security programs to analyzing multi-oscillator TRNG hardware.

While his role as a Director in the Cyber practice of KPMG Switzerland sees him supporting clients across industries, he leads the Cyber offering for Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and Medical Device Manufacturing clients.

An avid advocate for useable security that drives business value through Cyber services. Michele supports clients as a sounding board for the CISO, CISO coaching, Secure Cloud Transformations, Cyber Due Diligence, and Security Architecture.

Now based in Zurich, Michele previously worked for KPMG in London, where he led the Cyber Architecture capability. Over the years, he has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa – bringing a fresh perspective on managing Cyber risks.

While Michele has experience across industries, he leads our Cyber offering for pharmaceutical and life sciences space, where he advises both local and international pharmaceuticals that have their headquarters in Switzerland.

Michele supports the International Association of Privacy Professionals by serving on the CIPT Exam Development board. Further, he founded the British Mensa Security and Risk Management SIG as well as the ISC2 London Chapter.
