Caroline Chua

Caroline advises multinational companies on set-ups and restructurings, with a focus on value chain management and transfer pricing. She has extensive experience in leading cross functional, international project teams to help companies deliver business transformations. This includes operating model design to achieve tax sustainable models, implementation, compliance and dispute resolution. With a pragmatic approach, Caroline’s goal is to deliver multinational projects with financial and tax benefits for businesses.

She advises on a broad number of industries, including consumer goods, retail, commodities and industrial. Drawing from her academic background in Chemistry, Caroline focuses on the life sciences and chemicals sectors in KPMG Switzerland’s transfer pricing team. She has strong international experience and networks, having worked in London and Singapore before joining KPMG Switzerland.
