Cristiano Benucci is a Partner in Management Consulting at KPMG Switzerland. He serves multinational industrial clients with a focus on designing and executing SAP and technology-enabled business transformation programs.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2021, Cristiano spent more than 20 years in the management consulting industry. Thanks to various roles in integration and program management for SAP transformations, he has in-depth knowledge and experience in designing, structuring and managing multi-year programs.

Cristiano is passionate about solutions at the intersection between business and technology. He helps design and implement programs that boost his clients’ business performance through optimal usage of available SAP and cloud technology. With a focus on fast paybacks and aligned organizational change management, he seeks to bring about sustainable results.
