Claudia Bär

Claudia has been working in HR consulting for more than 15 years. She has profound experience in driving cultural change, developing and conducting training programs as well as advising leadership teams. 

In her role as HR Business Partner for Audit, she drives the department’s people agenda and is the go-to-person for all people matters. As Inclusion, diversity & equity Lead at KPMG Switzerland she is responsible for monitoring the firm’s diversity KPI’s, implementing actions to foster an inclusive culture and leading internal networks such as the KPMG Network of Women or the Pride Network.
