Assistant Manager: 
You have at least four to five years of relevant professional experience, have already managed your own smaller projects, can show some management experience and are confident when talking to our demanding and discerning clients. You are interested in expanding your understanding of the market and offers provided by KPMG and continuously developing your expertise. You are highly service-oriented and known for your results-driven and high-quality work.


Manager: 
You have at least five years of relevant professional experience, have already managed your own larger projects and can show some management experience. Your strengths are in creating and maintaining long-term client relationships, and you are interested in expanding your professional network. You identify potential for multi-disciplinary services and represent all KPMG Business lines.


Senior Manager: 
You have at least seven years of relevant professional experience and extensive management experience. You support our clients in solving their complex issues, understand their challenges from the perspective of the entire company and tailor new ideas to their situations. You work out new offers and encourage communication across business lines and the exchange of knowledge.


Director: 
You have about 10-12 years of experience and leadership experience. You are ready to develop sophisticated and complex solutions and are perceived as a specialist both internally and externally. You have been managing client engagements at all levels and independently, and assume responsibility for the entire company, its clients and employees.
