Digital Business Technology (DBT) is KPMG's internal technology ecosystem. We empower digital transformation efforts across client-facing and internal business units and help our firm achieve sustained business agility using digital technology infrastructure. Internal and external technology specialists and domain experts from our business lines guarantee a success-oriented working environment in an entrepreneurial, open-minded, international, and multicultural company.

Range of learning and engagement

Over the entire duration of the program, through all its rotations, your overall role focus will be that of a Solution Engineer. You will enjoy an exciting learning experience consisting of role-specific pathways, coaching, mentoring and peer working, as well as DBT-specific trainings. In addition to these hard skills training aspects, your soft skills will also be developed intensively. This will allow you to build a solid network, to present and communicate efficiently, and to be able to receive and provide useful feedback.

The different stations of the rotations have their own specific sub-targets and roles:

Client or Firm Services Technology

  • Role focus: solution analysis, software delivery management, software engineering (development and support)

Service Delivery Platform

  • Role focus: cloud and on-prem services & operations management, infrastructure engineering

Enterprise Systems Technology

  • Role focus: delivery of specialized technologies  such as identity & access, document management, workflow management etc.

Transformation & Enablement

  • Role Focus: architecture, UI/UX, process design

What are we looking for?

This is what we're looking for in a candidate who's interested in starting the Graduate Program Audit & Advisory:

  • Interest: Strong motivation toward Digital Business Technology and software system engineering and the willingness to rotate through up to five teams within our organization.

  • Skill: Take ownership of individual tasks and actively look for opportunities to grow professionally as well as personally.

  • Ambition: Experience an intellectually challenging learning curve and in-depth development of both hard & soft skills, exchange your ideas with like-minded peers, and bring innovative ideas about how to improve our processes.

  • Characteristic: You are innovative, a quick learner, up for a challenge, and want to work in a technological field. You thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires you to adapt frequently.

  • Strong academic background: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any academic background with a specific focus on fields of study such as Engineering, Technology, or similar, and fluency in English.
