Founded in 2013, CommunityShift™ is a rigorous annual five-day leadership development program for Canada's leaders of not-for-profit and charitable organizations, designed exclusively for C-level individuals from across all sectors. CommunityShift will change the way the participants look at their operations and provide a catalyst for change and a fresh perspective.

Characteristics of an ideal candidate for CommunityShift™

  • Leaders of Canada's influential charitable and not-for-profit organizations with assets/revenues greater than $5M.
  • Leaders in their sector and community who are, insightful and articulate, with a desire to learn and develop and be ready and willing to contribute to the learning of their peers.
