The automotive dealer model in Canada is experiencing disruptive change. Online shopping, autonomous driving technologies, connected cars and the rise of Mobility as a Service ("MaaS") are all expected to impact dealer sales and profits. Original Equipment Manufacturers ("OEMs") and dealers should respond to these disruptors by working together to re-define the operating model of tomorrow.
