Automotive dealers of tomorrow – the profitability challenge

The automotive dealer model in Canada is experiencing disruptive change. Online shopping, autonomous driving technologies, connected cars and the rise of Mobility as a Service ("MaaS") are all expected to impact dealer sales and profits.
