Penny Woolford leads KPMG’s Canadian International Corporate Tax group. With over 31 years of tax experience specializing in corporate tax with an emphasis on international tax, corporate reorganizations, financings and mergers and acquisitions. She previously chaired the Joint Committee on Taxation and the Board of Governors of the Canadian Tax Foundation. She is a frequent speaker and writes on international tax topics. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and was recognized in International Tax Review’s Women in Tax Leaders guide (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018).
