Dot currently serves as a tax partner in both KPMG’s US Tax and Financial Services Practices with over 30 years of experience specifically in US taxation, international tax planning and financial reporting for public corporations, private corporations and partnerships.
She brings deep industry experience to her role in corporate and partnership tax with emphasis on international tax, corporate reorganizations, financings, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, transfer pricing, treaty analysis and audit controversy for the financial services, technology, entertainment, real estate and consumer markets industries. She also has experience in accounting for income taxes under IFRS, US GAAP and SSAP for public and private clients.
Dot is a frequent speaker on corporate tax matters for the Tax Executives Institute, PCI, RAA, Big 4 conferences and COST on issues facing multi-national clients in the new tax landscape.
