Danielle is a Partner in our Calgary audit practice with over 14 years of experience providing both financial statement and internal controls over financing reporting audits. She also has in-depth experience with securities filings and complex transactions. With significant experience serving her clients in various industries and roles, Danielle is uniquely qualified to help her clients through complex challenges and is viewed as an exceptional trusted business advisor.

She has worked with a variety of clients involved in the oil and gas, energy midstream and utilities segments, with a focus on large international SEC reporting issuers. Danielle is accredited in US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting matters, PCAOB auditing standards, and SEC rules and regulations.

Danielle works closely with KPMG’s global network on her international audit engagements, which include experience in SEC filings, carve-out financial statements, and audits of large and small privately held entities and subsidiaries of international public clients. 

Danielle is an integral member of the KPMG campus recruiting team and is also involved in the facilitation of staff training.
