Paul has extensive experience in public accounting and the private sector where he was the tax lead for the international and reinsurance activities of a major insurance company. Prior to joining KPMG, Paul led the Canadian insurance tax practice of another Big Four. Paul has advised and consulted a wide array of clients on insurance tax matters. He has developed and implemented tax strategies for insurance corporations. Paul is currently serving a multitude of insurance clients that operate in the life, property and casualty sectors. He has written numerous articles and has spoken at numerous tax conferences such as the CIAA and the CLHIA.
