Olivia Tennant

Olivia is a partner in our Department of Professional Practice where she focuses on audit quality. She has been with KPMG in Canada for over 14 years and is passionate about improving the experience of our people through developing and implementing sustainable audit quality initiatives. She supports professionals through regulatory inspection and ongoing assurance engagements. In her role, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing several audit quality initiatives, including systems of quality management.   

Olivia has experience in a broad range of sectors across the KPMG client portfolio and has international experience through her time as a member of the Global Audit Quality Team and KPMG in Australia’s audit practice. Olivia is accredited in US GAAP and IFRS financial reporting matters, PCAOB auditing standards, and SEC rules and regulations.  With significant experience serving clients in various industries and roles, Olivia is uniquely qualified to assist KPMG teams through complex challenges and is viewed as trusted business advisor. She remains involved in several audit engagements in the Calgary office and assists in Quality Control Review.
