Todd is a partner in the KPMG Private Enterprise tax practice. He has more than 20 years of experience working in public accounting and industry in financial executive roles for a private corporation and a public sector organization. The past 13 years, Todd has specialized in Canadian private company taxation, and the past five years focused on tax planning strategies for private companies. Todd has worked extensively in the areas of corporate reorganization, divestitures, estate planning, and overall tax planning. With his diverse background, Todd offers a unique perspective from his industry experience and brings practical tax advice to support his client’s needs.
