Jamie is the national leader for the infrastructure advisory practice in Canada. In this role, Jamie meets regularly with and collaborates with a network of KPMG professionals supporting infrastructure clients. The broader infrastructure team advises public and private entity asset owners throughout an asset’s lifecycle with a mix of backgrounds including engineering, finance, asset management, investment, environment/sustainability and public policy/government experience.

In his 25 years of experience both in Canada and the UK, Jamie has led transactions in several sectors including infrastructure, regulated utilities, renewables, private equity, telecommunications and digital infrastructure, transportation, agriculture, energy, oil and gas and mining.  

Jamie’s service focus is to co-ordinate and provide transaction advisory services in many aspects of M&A including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, carve-outs, initial public offerings, private placements, transaction management, and financings.
