Frank has been with KPMG since 2008, where he has provided Canadian International and US Tax Advisory services. He currently works as a Partner in the U.S. M&A Tax Practice in Toronto. Frank has a extensive experience advising multinational corporations on complex U.S. Corporate Tax issues such as mergers, acquisitions, post-acquisition restructurings, cash repatriation planning etc. He has developed and implemented a number of unique tax efficient structures in the Canada – US cross border context. Frank has excelled at both Canadian International and US Corporate Tax compliance and provision work, as well as due diligence reviews and related M&A structuring work. Frank has worked as a rotational in KPMG’s Washington National Tax practice in the Corporate and International tax groups. Frank has led due diligence reviews and related M&A structuring work for a number of private equity funds, pension funds and specializes in international taxation matters and has served clients in a variety of industries, including industrial markets, infrastructure, and healthcare.
