Wanda is a partner in each of KPMG Law LLP and its affiliated firm, KPMG Canada practicing primarily in the corporate and international tax areas. Wanda has nearly 20 years of domestic and cross-border corporate tax experience focused on inbound and outbound cross-border planning, mergers and acquisitions, resource taxation and reorganizations. She is a member of KPMG’s General Anti-Abuse Rule (GAAR) committee and has written various articles and papers published in the Canadian Tax Foundation Annual Conference Report, Tax Notes International and Federated Press. Wanda has been recognized by Chambers Global: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business as one of Canada’s leading tax lawyers from 2007 to 2011.
