During Heather's 30+year career, she has served as the auditor and advisor to a wide variety of public, private and not for profit clients across many industries including construction, real estate, automotive, healthcare, associations and golf. Heather regularly advises her clients on Financial reporting structures, cash flows, reserves, and new accounting standards. Heather is also the Partner-in-Charge of the office Pension audit practice which includes developing audit template, processes and other material to audit all the office plans as well as performing quality review on the financial statements. Heather runs the mentoring program for newly promoted managers in the office.
