Marc is a Partner in the audit practice at KPMG in Canada. He has experience with Canadian and US public and private companies reporting under IFRS and US GAAP accounting frameworks. His clients include a number of investment dealers, financial technology companies (Fintech), asset managers and investment funds, such as private equity and hedge funds both domestic and off-shore. Marc leads engagements with clients regulated by l’AMF, IIROC, SEC, FINRA and CIMA. He’s also a facilitator for various US GAAP trainings for the Quebec CPA Order.
