Joseph’s practice is focused in the firm’s Private Enterprise practice, which is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurial clients and private companies with all facets of the financial issues surrounding their businesses. His practice ranges from privately-owned multinationals to large owner managed businesses.  He specializes in areas of compensation planning, corporate reorganizations, acquisition and divestitures, estate planning and providing integrated tax advice for owner-managers of Canadian controlled private corporations.

Joseph is passionate about assisting his client’s with a thorough estate plan for the transfer of wealth to their heirs and a succession plan for their private company, particularly if their children are involved in the business.  Joseph has a wide-range of experience assisting high-net worth individuals with their Wills from an income tax perspective and ensuring that their estate tax is minimized. 

Joseph has presented at numerous seminars in the area of various tax topics to the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Italian Business Professional Association and has had contributions to the tax article of the Mortgage Professional Magazine.
