Jamie is an Audit partner with over 25 years of experience. He has served as lead audit partner for a number of KPMG’s largest and most complex clients. Jamie has extensive experience with public companies and large private companies as well as public sector organizations. He has experience in transitioning clients both large and small to IFRS as well as significant securities experience including initial offerings by capital pool companies and subsequent qualifying transactions, securities offerings, take-over bid circulars, and various management information circulars related to corporate restructurings.

Jamie serves on the Board of Directors of CPA Nova Scotia (CPANS). He is Treasurer of the Charitable Irish Society of Halifax and he is a member and Past Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the QEII Health Sciences Centre Board
