Leslie is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Global Infrastructure Advisory practice. Based in Toronto, her 10+ years’ experience includes the planning, financing and procurement of large-scale infrastructure projects delivered under alternative delivery approaches. Leslie has supported more than 15 public-private partnerships (P3s) — valued at $5 billion — that have successfully reached financial close.
Leslie’s infrastructure acumen spans all levels of government (national, sub-national and locall) and across asset classes. Specifically, Leslie supports her clients in the development of substantive P3 opportunity papers and business cases; identifying key project objectives and project needs; conducting qualitative analysis, procurement options analysis and risk analysis; and performing detailed financial analysis in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Leslie has deep experience in innovative infrastructure delivery approaches. In March 2021, P3 Bulletin named Leslie the recipient of its prestigious Future Leader of the Year Award. She is also an emerging global leader in KPMG’s Infrastructure for Women mentoring program and an active participant in Canada’s Women’s Infrastructure Network.
