Kimberly has been a partner at KPMG since 2003 and has worked in various auditing capacities at KPMG for 25 years. She currently works as an Audit Professional Practice Partner in the Montréal office. Kimberly spent over three years working in the Department of Professional Practice in the Manhattan and Toronto KPMG offices, where she provided technical accounting assistance to the U.S. and Canadian firms’ operating offices. Kimberly is a Canadian Securities Partner and U.S. SEC Foreign Filing Review Partner, working with many clients on financial reporting and securities implications of cross-border IPOs and raising public financing and works with clients and audit teams on complex accounting transactions, particularly pursuant to US GAAP.
