Julien Marais

Julien Marais is a Partner within KPMG’s Technology Enterprise Solutions practice in Montreal.

Julien leads the Workday practice in Quebec, and he is the national leader of the Workday Finance practice. Julien has more than 20 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, process improvement, project management and Finance and HR transformation. With his CPA designation and IT skills, Julien is known as a trusted advisor to his client focusing on solutions to better align the organization and its strategic vision. He brings current trend and leading practices to provide a complete view on organization challenges and opportunities for improvement to provide maximum value to his clients.

Most recently, Julien led and acted as a subject matter expert for many Workday engagements serving Insurance, Asset Management, Technology, Media and public organizations. He is responsible for business development and delivery for all Workday Financial implementation in Canada and all Workday projects in Quebec.

Before joining KPMG, Julien worked for different organizations in Paris, New-York and in Canada as an internal and external consultant where he led transformation and regulatory projects across several sectors, including public sector, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, media and telecommunication industries.
