Patrick is a Partner in the Montreal R&D Tax Incentives Practice.  His professional experience and contributions span more than 20 years in industry as well as in research and development tax incentives services to highly diversified multinational corporations and mid-market companies.

He is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit claim process, including the supervision of multi-disciplinary engagement teams and dealing with the client as well as the tax authorities.

Patrick has acquired substantial experience in leading and successfully managing several large and complex tax credit engagements for Canadian-based companies performing R&D activities in both Canada and the US.  His deep knowledge of the overall SR&ED program and its compliance requirements permits Patrick and his team to consistently produce high-quality and audit-ready claims with proven methodologies adaptable to clients’ unique R&D culture and business model. 

As a professional engineer, Patrick has strong knowledge of wide-ranging technologies and has acquired an extensive all-round engineering experience in consulting and in executing and managing R&D project details.  Having a continuous improvement background, Patrick provides expertise in performing in-depth diagnostics at clients to improve internal processes and documentation requirements for maximum R&D and ROI benefits.
