Diana is a Partner in KPMG’s Financial Risk Management and Regulatory Risk practice with twenty five years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Diana provides ongoing insight into industry practices and current and emerging regulatory requirements. She has considerable experience leading engagements with banks, investment and asset managers, trust companies, dealers and insurers to conduct assessments and support remediation activities focused on risk management governance, regulatory compliance and reporting. This includes assessing design, implementation and operational effectiveness of risk and regulatory frameworks and controls. Diana also oversees complex valuations related to derivatives, structured products and loan loss provisioning (IFRS 9) for the firm’s banking clients.
