Petre G. Kotev

Petre has been with KPMG over 15 years and is a partner in the Calgary audit practice. He focuses on a wide range of companies from large international SEC registrants to intermediate and junior oil & gas domestic and international public companies. Petre’s international experience includes work with companies with operations in North America, South America, Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Europe in the pipelines, power and utilities, and energy and natural resources sectors. Petre has worked closely with clients, their legal and tax advisors, underwriters, nomads and sponsors on an array of exchanges including the TSX, NYSE, Oslo, AIM and the Warsaw exchange. He has been involved in a several acquisitions, financings, and reverse take-overs accompanied by securities offerings in both Canada and the US, including short form and long form prospectuses, private placements, business acquisition reporting and listing on AIM and Warsaw stock exchange. He is a member of KPMG’s presentations topic team and is a financial derivatives resource in the Calgary office.
