Nathan is a partner in our U.S. and Cross Border Tax Services practice, having specialized in cross border tax matters for over 10 years. Nathan is well known for tax planning in a cross border context involving family wealth and U.S. citizens abroad.

Nathan helps clients navigate cross border tax issues with a strong focus on estate planning, including U.S. estate and gift tax matters, investing into the U.S., moving between countries, and renouncing U.S. citizenship. Nathan is an expert in U.S. international outbound tax law for controlled foreign corporations (CFCs) and passive foreign investment companies (PFICs).
