Lee A. Hodgkinson

Lee Hodgkinson has over 25 years of experience as a Partner in public accounting and auditing, specializing in the mining industry. He served as National Industry Leader of KPMG’s Canadian Mining Practice for over 20 years and as the Director of KPMG’s Global Mining group for a decade.

Lee has a strong background in financial reporting as well as experience with PCAOB and International auditing standards. He has served as the lead audit engagement partner for several of Canada’s leading mining companies and has extensive Boardroom experience. This has given him direct insight into leading governance structures and audit committee workings. His work with clients has afforded him the opportunity to work in several countries, and has taken him to over 40 mines across six continents.
