Karsten brings over 25 years of experience as a highly qualified IT leader. His focus is on providing pragmatic solutions to address client challenges. He has significant international experience implementing enterprise software solutions for both public and private sector organizations, across a broad range of industries. 

Karsten’s focus is on Service Management and Workflow solutions, primarily based on the ServiceNow platform. He also has extensive experience in IT infrastructure, security, and business process design & optimization. Projects he’s delivered have included all facets of the solution lifecycle, from business/technology strategy, road mapping, architecture, technology planning, solution/business process design, program/project management, change management, operationalization, as well as procurement & vendor management.
