Josh Hjartarson is a Partner in KPMG’s Public Sector practice. In 2014, Josh founded the Commissioning Academy, an executive education program for public sector executives on new service delivery models, outcomes focused service delivery design, and program evaluation. More than 170 individuals have graduated from this program. Emerging as one of Canada’s foremost thought leaders in public sector renewal, evidence-based decision making, and leading practice in public service delivery models, Josh has helped his government clients transform their operating models in human services, design new client-centered service delivery models, form renewed and mutually beneficial partnerships with the private and non-profit sectors, and build capacity for evidence-based decision making.
