Andrew practices trust & estate law and corporate & commercial law. He works closely with business owners, blended families and those with complex assets to enact bespoke substitute decision and estate planning solutions. When a loved one dies, Andrew provides comprehensible advice and encouraging support to executors and estate trustees. Whether the decedent has died with or without a will, Andrew instructs executors on their rights and obligations, prepares court applications (including probate), oversees distributions to beneficiaries and passes accounts before court.
Andrew equips his corporate and commercial clients with the legal knowledge to make decisions with confidence. Andrew advises on a host of business and corporate law issues including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, share subscription & sales and inter-shareholder relations. On commercial matters, Andrew assists with negotiations and prepares clear, readable commercial agreements for businesses and independent contractors.
