Howard is the lead partner of KPMG Law’s immigration practice and a partner in its affiliated firm, KPMG in Canada. Prior to joining KPMG in November of 2012, Howard was the managing partner of a leading Canadian immigration law firm, Greenberg Turner.
With over 30 years of experience Howard is well known for his insights and guidance on Canadian inbound movements. His practice includes facilitating entry to Canada for senior executives, professionals, specialized knowledge workers, business visitors, and more. He also leads a robust US team that has particular specialization in processing work visas for high volume clients.
Howard has also appeared before the United States House of Representatives Subcommittee on Immigration to provide expertise on the workings of the Canadian immigration system as part of US comprehensive immigration reform.
