Matthew Fidler

Matthew is a Partner in KPMG's Management Consulting Practice and the national leader of the Salesforce Practice. He has 18 years of experience in consulting, leadership, and platform-enabled implementation with a history of leading large-scale transformation in financial services and public service verticals.

Matthew comes from an entrepreneurial background having co-founded two startups, one of which was acquired by a global consulting firm in 2015. As an early participant in the Salesforce ecosystem, he has been involved in hundreds of implementations and led some of the largest transformations across Canada. He is passionate about building teams and fostering a cohesive and inclusive culture.
