Lance is an associate in the Toronto office of KPMG Law LLP.
Lance’s practice encompasses a wide range of income tax matters that arise in corporate and commercial transactions with an emphasis on corporate tax planning, including tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, as well as dispute resolution.
Before joining KPMG Law, Lance was a tax associate at a large Canadian law firm and previously worked as an appeals officer with the Canada Revenue Agency.
Lance has completed the CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course and the CBA Tax Law for Lawyers program.
Lance regularly advises on all aspects of tax planning and his experience encompasses a wide range of industries and commercial transactions.
