Gordon has over 30 years of professional experience, including 20 years in transfer pricing. Before transfer pricing, Gordon was in accounting assurance/audit and Canadian income tax. As a transfer pricing partner at KPMG, he manages a wide range of consulting, planning, compliance, and dispute resolution assignments addressing Canadian and international transfer pricing and tax minimization strategies for public and private companies. He has successfully supported and guided numerous taxpayers through Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) transfer pricing audits, in particular disputes arising from the taxpayers' transactions with related US entities, as well as relief from double taxation, by way of Competent Authority and Advances Pricing Arrangements. 

In the past, he has done numerous presentations on transfer pricing and published various articles. With his income tax and accounting background, he has extensive knowledge and understanding of the challenges of implementing and administering transfer pricing within a company’s tax and accounting system.
