Dominique has over 8 years’ experience in corporate and international tax planning, acting for a diversified client base, including public corporations and medium-sized private enterprises.

Dominique is particularly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, cross-border transactions, tax due diligence and internal reorganizations. Her experience also includes advising Canadian-based multinationals in the context of foreign and domestic acquisitions, tax due diligence for domestic and international acquisitions and negotiating and obtaining advance tax rulings from the Canada Revenue Agency. Her clientele is varied and includes Colabor, Cascades, Uni-Sélect, Dollarama, Transforce, Sanimax, Olymel, and Rodéo FX.
