Michael Capus, is an experienced Partner who has been leading and working on projects in the public sector for more than 10 years.He is an accomplished project leader who has experience in successfully leading complex projects involving extensive stakeholder engagement involving citizens and clients (and their families and guardians), management and frontline staff, government leaders (e.g. Deputy and Assistant Deputy Ministers), governance bodies, government agencies, and community-based service providers.

He is well respected and know by his clients for his ability to build and develop long lasting relationships essential for complex change initiatives that have typically been either politically or emotionally charged. He has demonstrated experience in process mapping, organizational design, organizational effectiveness and change management. His skills and knowledge consistently exceed client expectations.Michael has focused much of his career on engagements involving the transformation of public sector organizations, including those within the human and social services sector. Recently he has been involved in the transformation of two provincial human service departments in Canada on their overall transformation journeys and implementing program, service and delivery model changes over the past 5 years.His understanding and familiarity with the public sector mean that he can leverage this past experience to hit the ground running.
