Chris is a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice in Calgary. He has 11 years of business valuation and financial modeling experience with KPMG. Chris has been involved in a number of valuations for financial reporting, transaction and tax purposes. He also provides assistance to KPMG audit on fair value issues arising in financial reporting in connection with purchase price allocation and fair value of intangible assets, financial instruments and derivatives, goodwill impairment and investments held by private equity firms. Chris is an instructor for Sproule’s oil and gas course “Evaluation of Oil & Gas Properties for Financial Professionals” with a focus on valuation of oil and gas assets.
