Cédric is a Partner in the Montreal office’s US Tax practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in tax planning, financing and structuring of cross-border transactions for both US and Canadian multinational companies.

Cédric's experience includes structuring domestic and cross-border tax-free reorganizations, stock and asset acquisitions, debt restructurings, tax-efficient financing structures, and repatriation strategies in the US inbound and outbound context. He also has extensive experience with the application of tax treaties. He has advised on many transactions and provided both tax due diligence and tax structuring advice to clients in various industries, including manufacturing, energy, technologies, insurance and private equity.
