Yara Bossé-Viola

Her specialization in taxation with a deep knowledge of the SR&ED tax rules and program interpretations, combined with her background in accounting are effectively used in maximizing claims within the larger corporate tax picture. Yara is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the SR&ED claim process, including the maintenance of good working relationships with both the Canada Revenue Agency and the Quebec Revenue Agency. Her experience in SR&ED includes the successful approval of claims for large aerospace, manufacturing, and information technology clients. Yara has also helped clients implement effective processes for tracking and documenting qualified expenditures which facilitate CRA and ARQ examinations of financial and tax records for SR&ED claims, including the negotiation and resolution of disputes with the tax authorities when contentious issues arise.
