KPMG in Canada
As a senior member of KPMG Canada’s Office of General Counsel, Rebecca provides advice and support on a range of legal and business matters, with a particular focus on litigation and dispute resolution. Prior to joining KPMG Canada, Rebecca was a litigation partner at a major Canadian law firm practicing corporate and commercial litigation. She has been recognized as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40, and a “Litigation Lawyer to Watch” in Lexpert’s 2013 Guide to the Leading US/Canada Cross-Border Litigation Lawyers in Canada. Since joining KPMG, Rebecca was named as a finalist in the litigation management category of the Canadian General Counsel Awards.
Rebecca is a life-long volunteer, having served as a director on a number of non-profits boards, most recently with Youth and Philanthropy Initiative and formerly with The Elizabeth Fry Society (Toronto). She is also the Chair of the In-House Practice Group of The Advocates Society.
