Luc leads the Customer and E-Commerce practice in Quebec. He has over 23 years of experience in business management and consulting. He helps KPMG in Canada’s clients transform their business models to make them more successful while helping to create the organizations of the future. Luc’s deep professional experience spans across the following industries: financial institutions, insurance, restaurant and hotel, services and public transportation, retail, government and airports, with both public and private companies.

A pure Quebec entrepreneur, Luc has contributed to the development of several well-known brands in Quebec. From 1994 to 2001, he imagined, designed and started one of the most important restaurant chains in Quebec. In 2002, he founded a firm specializing in customer experience measurement and management that he owned for 17 years. In 2016, he founded a start-up based on a SAAS business model with IA functionalities and sold his shares in 2018 to a Quebec financial institution.
