Jason S. Brown

Jason is a Partner in our Calgary audit practice and a member of KPMG’s Energy Resources Group locally and nationally. Since joining the profession over 27 years ago, Jason has focused his career on serving domestic and international, private and public clients in various industries, including providing accounting, auditing and due diligence services. Jason is well known for his practical hands on approach, an open communication style and he believes that accounting should reflect the business substance of a transaction. In addition, Jason has assisted numerous companies with prospectuses and offering documents, corporate reorganizations, initial public offerings, complex accounting matters, debt financings, due diligence matters and spin-off arrangements.
