Erik Bergeron

Erik is a Deal Advisory partner at KPMG in Canada with close to 15 years of professional experience. He provides advice to a wide range of institutional and corporate clients on commercial valuation issues in the context of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions, strategic reviews, reorganisations, joint ventures and shareholder disputes. He also performs a variety of valuations for financial reporting purposes, and mark-to-market valuations of privately held investments, in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and ASPE. Erik also gained international deal advisory experience in London, UK, where he acquired detailed knowledge of the infrastructure and renewable sectors. Finally, Erik leads KPMG’s business valuations offering for the mid-market, bringing subject matter expertise and technical valuations excellence to entrepreneurs across the Province of Quebec.
