Firms around the KPMG global network are working collectively to build an inclusive future for everyone.
Firms around the KPMG global network are working collectively to build an inclusive future for everyone, and the conversation could not have been stronger and more powerful as we celebrate International Women’s Day.
“A future where everyone feels included and diversity is encouraged. That has been, and continues to be, our collective call to action. It is how we bring out the best in our people and how we bring the best to our clients and communities,” said Craig Bridgewater, Managing Director and Head of People, Performance & Culture, KPMG in Bermuda.
Added Angell Kasparian, Director, Markets and Chair, Inclusion and Diversity Committee, KPMG in Bermuda, “It is wonderful celebrating the achievements of women around the world, and the collective call to action for balance for better. In our Bermuda office, we are having great conversations to ensure we are removing any barriers for people in order to achieve their version of success.”
Our Firm’s celebrations leading up to and on International Women’s Day included hosting an Inclusion and Diversity in the Boardroom Breakfast Briefing in collaboration with the Institute of Directors, fundraising for the Women’s Resource Centre and discussing at a team event, what inclusion and diversity means to all of us and seeking insights on how to best support women in their professional growth.
