In March 2017 KPMG’s Wellness committee sponsored KPMG staff to enter into the Bermuda Triple Challenge. Team ‘KPMG Canucks’ placed 1st out of the corporate teams which entered.
Team Cannucks consisted of KPMG’s Josh Bush, Derrick Holmes and Dustin Luck decided to donate their cash prize of $1,000 towards Relay for Life Bermuda in support of Bermuda Cancer and Health.
Josh Bush, Audit Senior stated, “Our team was thrilled to represent KPMG in the Triple Challenge 2017 along with KPMG Forensic, KPMG Ninja Turtles, KPMG All Starz, and our inspiration to push harder after losing to them on Day 1 - and hearing an earful about it at Swizzle - KPMG Team GB. We’ve heard a lot of positive comments about the sea of KPMG blue taking over the course that weekend. Special thanks to Deshun and Robbie stepping in for our injured teammates and helping us win the Corporate Team category this year. On behalf of all KPMG participants this year we’re happily paying forward the $1000 prize to the KPMG Team for Relay For Life which is raising funds for the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre. Now that our bodies have finally stopped hurting we’re looking forward doing it all again and expect to see many more of the KPMG family out next year.”
