Lori was the Project Manager at the KEMH Redevelopment Hospital PPP. She was in charge of the coordination and development of the Government of Bermuda’s framework to streamline statutory and administrative processes and provide value-added benefits.
Lori has advised several public sector clients on strategy, governance and fiscal sustainability. She has 20 years of experience in public sector finance and public policy development. Lori has extensive experience in all sectors of public service operations, including health, justice, social services, and lotteries. Lori has extensive experience as a project manager having managed numerous projects involving multiple Government departments and stakeholders.
Lori’s distinctive skill set is applying business-like practices to public sector operations to create value and enhance responsiveness to the public. She has worked extensively at the Cabinet level on policy creation, legislative review and creation, and trouble shooting.
Prior to joining KPMG, Lori worked for the Government of Bermuda as a Senior Management Services Officer responsible for project management and policy advice, for eight years. Lori started her career as a budget analyst and financial advisor to the Provincial Treasurer of the Province of Alberta (Canada), where she was responsible for a portfolio of over US$2 billion.
