Will McCallum

Will provides a diverse range of U.S. tax compliance and advisory services to the insurance and reinsurance industry, including advising on tax efficient structures and assisting companies and shareholders in meeting U.S. tax compliance requirements.

In his 18 years with KPMG in Bermuda, Will has gained extensive experience in assisting insurance and reinsurance companies with accounting for income taxes in accordance with FAS 109, SSAP 10, and Bermuda statutory guidelines.

Will’s clients cover a broad spectrum of the insurance and reinsurance industry and include SEC registrants, captive insurance arrangements, and other alternative risk financing organisations. Will also provides U.S. tax services to a range of other entities in the financial services industry, including investment funds and trusts.

He is a member of the KPMG FATCA Group, a global team formed to assist foreign financial institutions in understanding and addressing the U.S. FATCA provisions.
